De AFS400-30-12-71 is een 3-polige contactor voor 1000 V IEC of 600 V UL met vooraf gemonteerde zijhulpcontactblokken: 1 links (1 N.O + 1 N.C.) en 1 rechts vast (1 N.C.), met hoofdstroom-railaansluitingen. Hij stuurt motoren tot 200 kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) of 350 hp / 480 V UL en schakelt vermogenskringen tot 600 A (AC-1) of 550 A UL algemeen gebruik. AFS-contactoren kunnen eenvoudig worden geïntegreerd in machinesystemen die voldoen aan de belangrijkste normen EN ISO 13849 en EN 62061, wat het veilige gebruik van machines en apparatuur ondersteunt. Een eenvoudig herkenbaar geel hulpcontactblok met laag energieverbruik zorgt voor de status-terugkoppeling die vereist is in machineveiligheidstoepassingen. Dankzij de AF-technologie heeft de contactor een breed stuurspanningsbereik (250–500 V, 50/60 Hz en DC), verwerkt hij grote variaties in stuurspanning, verlaagt hij het energieverbruik in de kast en zorgt hij voor duidelijke schakelingen in instabiele netwerken. Daarnaast is overspanningsbeveiliging geïntegreerd voor een compacte oplossing. AF-contactoren hebben een blokbouwontwerp, zijn eenvoudig uit te breiden met extra hulpcontactblokken en een breed assortiment accessoires. |
