De AFS580-30-12-68 is een 3-polige contactor voor 1000 V IEC of 600 V UL met voorgemonteerde zij-hulpcontactblokken: links 1 (1 maak + 1 verbreek) en rechts vast 1 (1 verbreek), met hoofdstroom-railaansluitingen. Hij stuurt motoren tot 315 kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) of 500 hp / 480 V UL en schakelt vermogenskringen tot 800 A (AC-1) of 750 A UL general use. AFS-contactors zijn eenvoudig te integreren in systemen van machinebouwers en voldoen aan EN ISO 13849 en EN 62061, voor veilig gebruik van machines en apparatuur. Een duidelijk herkenbaar geel laagenergie-hulpcontactblok verzorgt de status-terugkoppeling die vereist is in machineveiligheidstoepassingen. Dankzij de AF-technologie heeft de contactor een breed stuurspanningsbereik (24–60 V DC), vangt grote variaties in stuurspanning op, vermindert het energieverbruik in de schakelkast en zorgt voor betrouwbare schakelingen in instabiele netwerken. Bovendien is overspanningsbeveiliging ingebouwd voor een compacte oplossing. AF-contactors hebben een blokbouwontwerp en zijn eenvoudig uit te breiden met opzet-hulpcontactblokken en een breed assortiment accessoires. |
