De AFS580-30-12-71 is een 3-polige contactor voor 1000 V IEC of 600 V UL, met voorgemonteerde zijdelings geplaatste hulpcontactblokken: 1 links (1 N.O + 1 N.C.) en 1 rechts vast (1 N.C.), en hoofdkring-aansluitrails. Hij bestuurt motoren tot 315 kW / 400 V AC (AC-3) of 500 hp / 480 V UL en schakelt vermogenskringen tot 800 A (AC-1) of 750 A UL general use. AFS-contactoren laten zich eenvoudig integreren in systemen van machinebouwers conform de belangrijkste normen EN ISO 13849 en EN 62061, wat het veilig gebruik van machines en apparatuur waarborgt. Een gemakkelijk herkenbaar geel low-energy hulpcontactblok verzorgt de status-terugvoercircuits die vereist zijn in machineveiligheidstoepassingen. Dankzij de AF‑technologie heeft de contactor een breed stuurspanningsbereik (250–500 V 50/60 Hz en DC), verwerkt hij grote variaties in de stuurspanning, verlaagt hij het energieverbruik in panelen en zorgt hij voor betrouwbare werking in instabiele netten. Daarnaast is overspanningsbeveiliging ingebouwd, voor een compacte oplossing. AF-contactoren hebben een blokbouwontwerp en zijn eenvoudig uit te breiden met aanbouw-hulpcontactblokken en een brede reeks accessoires. |
