De softstarter PSTX1250-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 1250 A met een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale besturingsspanning is 100...250 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSTX biedt driefasige regeling voor soft start en stop via een spannings- of koppelramp. Hij heeft een geïntegreerde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. RUN-, TOR- en Event-signalen zijn beschikbaar via relaisuitgangen in NO (normaal open). De PSTX biedt functies zoals stroombegrenzing, kickstart, analoge uitgang, EOL, motorverwarming en pomp-reiniging. PSTX beschikt bovendien standaard over jog, remmen, stilstandrem, diagnose, sequentiestart en nood-/brandpompmodus. Voor bediening is er een afneembaar volgrafisch display met IP66 en 4X outdoor rating. Er zijn vier manieren om met de PSTX te communiceren. Dit kan via hardwired ingangen Start/Stop/Reset fout en via drie programmeerbare digitale ingangen. Een andere populaire optie is de ingebouwde fieldbuscommunicatie Modbus RTU en optionele ANYBUS-modules met alle gangbare protocollen, zoals Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP en andere. Communicatie kan ook via een externe adapter en een fieldbusstekker. PSTX is het complete alternatief voor elke motorstarttoepassing. Geschikt voor middelgrote tot grote driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 30...1250 A in lijnschakeling of 52...2160 A in binnendelta. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
