De softstarter PSTX470-600-70 heeft een maximale bedrijfsstroom van 470 A en een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning is 100...250 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSTX biedt driefasenregeling met softstart en -stop via een spannings- of koppelramp. Hij heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. RUN-, TOR- en Event-signalen zijn beschikbaar via relaisuitgangen in NO (normally open). De PSTX beschikt over functies zoals stroombegrenzing, kickstart, analoge uitgang, EOL, motorverwarming en pompreiniging. Daarnaast zijn jog, remmen, stilstandrem, diagnose, sequentiestart en nood-/brandpompmodus standaard aanwezig. Voor interactie is er een afneembaar volledig grafisch display met IP66 en 4X outdoor-rating. Er zijn vier communicatiemogelijkheden met de PSTX. Dit kan via bedrade ingangen voor Start/Stop/Reset van storing en via drie programmeerbare digitale ingangen. Een andere populaire optie is de ingebouwde fieldbuscommunicatie Modbus RTU en incl. optionele ANYBUS-modules met alle gangbare protocollen, zoals Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP en andere. Communicatie kan ook via een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. PSTX is het complete alternatief voor elke toepassing voor motorstart. Geschikt voor middelgrote tot grote driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 30...1250 A bij inline-aansluiting of 52...2160 A bij binnen-delta-aansluiting. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
