De softstarter PSTX210-690-70 heeft een gewaarde maximale bedrijfsstroom van 210 A met een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...690 V AC. De gewaarde stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...250 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSTX biedt driefasige regeling voor softstart en -stop via een spannings- of koppelramp. Hij heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. Een RUN-, TOR- en Event-signaal is beschikbaar via relaisuitgangen in NO (normaal open toestand). De PSTX heeft functies zoals stroombegrenzing, kickstart, analoge uitgang, EOL, motorverwarming en pompreiniging. PSTX biedt daarnaast jog, remmen, stilstandsrem, diagnose, sequentiestart en nood-/brandpompmodus als standaard. Voor bediening heeft de PSTX een afneembaar full-graphic display met IP66 en 4X outdoor rating. Er zijn vier manieren om met de PSTX te communiceren. Dit kan via hardwired ingangen Start/Stop/Reset van fout en via drie programmeerbare digitale ingangen. Een andere populaire optie is de ingebouwde Fieldbus-communicatie Modbus RTU en optionele ANYBUS-modules met alle gangbare protocollen zoals bijvoorbeeld Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP en andere. Een andere manier om te communiceren met de PSTX is het gebruik van een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. PSTX is het complete alternatief voor elke motorstarttoepassing. Geschikt voor middelgrote tot grote driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 30...1250 A in lijnschakeling of 52...2160 A in binnen-delta. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
