De softstarter PSTX 300-690-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 300 A met een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...690 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...250 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSTX biedt driefasenregeling voor softstart en -stop via een spannings- of koppelramp. Hij heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. RUN-, TOR- en Event-signalen zijn beschikbaar via relaisuitgangen in NO (normaal open). De PSTX heeft functies zoals stroombegrenzing, kickstart, analoge uitgang, EOL, motorverwarming en pompreiniging. PSTX biedt ook jog, remmen, stilstandsrem, diagnostiek, sequentiestart en nood-/brandpompmode als standaard. Voor de bediening is er een afneembaar volledig grafisch display met IP66 en 4x outdoor rating. Er zijn vier manieren om met de PSTX te communiceren. Dit kan via hardwired ingangen Start/Stop/Reset van fout en via drie programmeerbare digitale ingangen. Een andere populaire optie is de ingebouwde fieldbuscommunicatie Modbus RTU en inclusief optionele ANYBUS-modules met alle grote protocollen, zoals bijvoorbeeld Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet IP en andere. Ook kan worden gecommuniceerd met een externe adapter en een fieldbus-plug. PSTX is het complete alternatief voor elke motorstarttoepassing. Hij is geschikt voor middelgrote tot grote driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 30...1250 A in lijnschakeling of 52...2160 A in binnendelta. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
