De softstarter PSRC72-600-70 heeft een maximale bedrijfsstroom van 72 A met een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De genormaliseerde stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSRC biedt een tweefasige sturing voor zachte aanloop via een spanningsramp. Hij heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige montage en energiebesparing. Een RUN-signaal is beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normaal open). De PSRC-softstarterreeks is echte plug-and-play met een vaste instelling, geoptimaliseerd voor scrollcompressoren. PSRC wordt vaak gecombineerd met een motorbeveiligingsschakelaar (MMS) van ABB; mechanische koppelsets zijn beschikbaar. Een andere populaire optie is veldbuscommunicatie, te activeren via een externe adapter en een veldbusplug. De PSRC is snel en eenvoudig te installeren dankzij vaste instellingen. Het ontwerp voor scrollcompressoren vermindert de belasting van de compressor en minimaliseert de onderhoudskosten. De PSRC-reeks is geschikt voor kleine driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kan tot 100 starts per uur aan. Gangbare toepassingen zijn compressoren. |
