De softstarter PSRC30-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 30 A en een werkspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSRC beschikt over tweefasige regeling voor softstart via een spanningsramp. Hij heeft een geïntegreerde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. Een RUN-signaal is beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in normaal open (NO). De PSRC-softstarterserie is plug-and-play met een vaste instelling die is geoptimaliseerd voor scrollcompressoren. PSRC wordt vaak gecombineerd met een handmatige motorstarter (MMS) van ABB; mechanische aansluitsets zijn daarom beschikbaar. Een andere populaire optie is Fieldbus-communicatie, die kan worden ingeschakeld met een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. De PSRC is snel en eenvoudig te installeren met vaste instellingen. Het ontwerp voor scrollcompressoren zorgt voor minder belasting van de compressor, waardoor de onderhoudskosten tot een minimum worden beperkt. De PSRC-serie is geschikt voor kleine driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kan tot 100 starts per uur aan. Veelvoorkomende toepassingen zijn compressoren. |
