De softstarter PSRC12-600-70 heeft een maximaal bedrijfsstroomvermogen van 12 A en een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning bedraagt 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSRC biedt een softstart met tweefasebesturing via een spanningsramp. De ingebouwde bypass vereenvoudigt de installatie en bespaart energie. Een RUN-signaal is beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normaal open). De PSRC-softstarterreeks is echt plug-and-play met een vaste instelling, geoptimaliseerd voor scrollcompressoren. PSRC wordt vaak gecombineerd met een motorbeveiligingsschakelaar (MMS) van ABB; hiervoor zijn mechanische aansluitsets beschikbaar. Een andere populaire optie is Fieldbus-communicatie, mogelijk via een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. PSRC is snel en eenvoudig te installeren dankzij de vaste instellingen. Het ontwerp voor scrollcompressoren vermindert de belasting op de compressor, waardoor de onderhoudskosten tot een minimum worden beperkt. De PSRC-reeks is geschikt voor kleine driefasige motoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kan tot 100 starts per uur aan. Veelgebruikte toepassing: compressoren. |
