De softstarter PSR105-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 105 A en een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSR biedt tweefasenregeling met softstart en -stop via een spanningsramp. Het apparaat heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. Een RUN- en TOR-signaal zijn beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normally open). De start/stop-ramp en -tijd zijn eenvoudig in te stellen met drie potentiometers aan de voorzijde. PSR wordt vaak gebruikt in combinatie met een handmatige motorstarter (MMS) van ABB; daarvoor zijn mechanische aansluitsets beschikbaar. Een andere populaire optie is Fieldbus-communicatie, die kan worden ingeschakeld met een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. De PSR-serie is onze meest compacte reeks softstarters met basisfunctionaliteit en -waarden. Ze zijn geschikt voor kleine driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kunnen tot 100 starts per uur aan. Veelgebruikte toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
