De softstarter PSR45-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 45 A en een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSR biedt tweefasige regeling voor softstart en -stop via een spanningsramp. Er is een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. Een RUN- en een TOR-signaal zijn beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normaal open). De start/stop-ramp en -tijd zijn eenvoudig in te stellen met drie potentiometers aan de voorzijde. PSR wordt vaak toegepast in combinatie met een handbediende motorstarter (MMS) van ABB; hiervoor zijn mechanische koppelsets beschikbaar. Een andere populaire optie is veldbuscommunicatie, te activeren via een externe adapter en een veldbusstekker. De PSR-reeks is onze meest compacte softstarterserie met basisfunctionaliteit. Ze is geschikt voor kleine driefase-motoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kan tot 100 starts per uur verwerken. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
