De softstarter PSR37-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfstroom van 37 A en een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale besturingsspanning bedraagt 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSR biedt tweefasige regeling voor softstart en -stop via een spanningsramp. Dankzij de ingebouwde bypass is montage eenvoudig en wordt energie bespaard. Een RUN- en een TOR-signaal zijn beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normaal open). De start/stop-ramp en -tijd zijn eenvoudig in te stellen met drie potentiometers aan de voorzijde. PSR wordt vaak gecombineerd met een handmatige motorstarter (MMS) van ABB; hiervoor zijn mechanische koppelsets verkrijgbaar. Een andere populaire optie is Fieldbus-communicatie, te activeren met een externe adapter en een Fieldbus-plug. De PSR-serie is onze meest compacte reeks softstarters met basisfunctionaliteit en -specificaties. Geschikt voor kleine driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en tot 100 starts per uur. Typische toepassingen zijn onder andere pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
