De softstarter PSR3-600-70 heeft een nominale maximale bedrijfsstroom van 3 A met een bedrijfsspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De nominale stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...240 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSR biedt tweefasige regeling met zachte start en stop via een spanningsramp. Hij heeft een geïntegreerde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. Een RUN-signaal is beschikbaar via een relaisuitgang in NO (normaal open). De start/stop-ramp en -tijd zijn eenvoudig in te stellen met drie potentiometers aan de voorzijde. PSR wordt vaak gebruikt in combinatie met een Manual Motor Starter (MMS) van ABB, daarom zijn mechanische verbindingssets beschikbaar. Een andere veelgebruikte optie is veldbuscommunicatie, te activeren via een externe adapter en een veldbusstekker. De PSR-reeks is onze meest compacte serie softstarters met basisfunctionaliteit en -waarden. Ze zijn geschikt voor kleine driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 3...105 A en kunnen tot 100 starts per uur aan. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
