De TF42-B thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn kostenefficiënte elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor de hoofdstroomkring, conform de nieuwste normen voor spoorwegmaterieel en geschikt voor installatie in passagiers- of bestuurderscabines van treinen die frequent in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze bieden betrouwbare bescherming van motoren bij overbelasting of faseuitval. De apparaten hebben uitschakelklasse 10. De thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn driepolige relais met bimetaal-uitschakelorganen. De motorstroom loopt door de bimetaal-uitschakelorganen en verwarmt deze direct en indirect. Bij overbelasting (overstroom) buigen de bimetaalelementen door als gevolg van de verwarming. Dit leidt tot het afvallen van het relais en een wijziging van de schakelstand van de contacten (95-96 / 97-98). – Handmatige of automatische reset selecteerbaar – Gevoelig voor faseverlies volgens IEC/EN 60947-4-1 – TEST- en STOP-functie – Uitschakelindicatie aan de voorzijde – Temperatuurcompensatie – Geschikt voor drie- en eenfasige toepassingen – Ontworpen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke delen van IEC 60077 – Bestand tegen schokken en trillingen conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) – Toepasbaar volgens de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2 |
