TF42-4.2B Thermal Overload Relay for Rai lway
De TF42-B thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn economische elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor het hoofdschakelcircuit, conform de nieuwste normen voor rollend spoorwegmaterieel en geschikt voor installatie in passagiers- of bestuurderscabines van treinen die vaak in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze bieden een betrouwbare bescherming van motoren bij overbelasting of fase-uitval. De apparaten hebben uitschakelklasse 10. De thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn driepolige relais met bimetaal-uitschakelorganen. De motorstroom loopt door de bimetaal-uitschakelorganen en verwarmt deze direct en indirect. Bij overbelasting (overstroom) buigen de bimetaalelementen door de verwarming. Dit leidt tot het in werking treden van de beveiliging van het relais en een wijziging van de schakelpositie van de contacten (95-96 / 97-98). – Handmatige of automatische reset selecteerbaar – Gevoelig voor faseverlies volgens IEC/EN 60947-4-1 – TEST- en STOP-functie – Uitschakelindicatie aan de voorzijde – Temperatuurcompensatie – Geschikt voor drie- en eenfasige toepassingen – Ontworpen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke delen van de norm IEC 60077 – Schok- en trilbestendigheid conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) – Toepasbaar volgens de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2 |
