De TF42-B thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn kostenefficiënte elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor het hoofdschakelcircuit. Ze voldoen aan de nieuwste normen voor spoorwegmaterieel en zijn geschikt voor installatie in passagiers- of bestuurderscabines van treinen die frequent in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze bieden betrouwbare motorbeveiliging bij overbelasting of fase-uitval en hebben uitschakelklasse 10. De thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn driepolige relais met bimetaal-uitschakelelementen. De motorstroom loopt door de bimetaal-elementen en verwarmt deze direct en indirect. Bij overbelasting (te hoge stroom) buigen de bimetaalelementen door verhitting, waardoor het relais afvalt en de schakelstand van de contacten wijzigt (95-96 / 97-98). - Handmatige of automatische reset selecteerbaar - Fase-uitvalgevoelig volgens IEC/EN 60947-4-1 - TEST- en STOP-functie – Uitschakelindicatie aan de voorzijde - Temperatuurcompensatie - Geschikt voor drie- en eenfasige toepassingen - Ontworpen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke delen van de norm IEC 60077 - Schok- en trillingsbestendig conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) - Toepasbaar conform de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2 |
