De TF42-B thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn kosteneffectieve elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor het hoofdschakelcircuit. Ze voldoen aan de nieuwste normen voor spoorwegmaterieel en maken montage in passagiers- of bestuurderscabines mogelijk voor treinen die frequent in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze bieden betrouwbare motorbeveiliging bij overbelasting of fase-uitval. De relais hebben uitschakelklasse 10. De thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn driepolige relais met bimetaal-uitschakelorganen. De motorstroom loopt door de bimetaalelementen en verwarmt deze direct en indirect. Bij overbelasting (overstroom) buigen de bimetaalelementen door de verwarming, waardoor het relais afvalt en de schakeltoestand van de contacten wijzigt (95-96 / 97-98). – Hand- of automatische reset selecteerbaar – Faseverliesgevoelig volgens IEC/EN 60947-4-1 – TEST- en STOP-functie – Uitschakelindicatie aan de voorzijde – Temperatuurcompensatie – Geschikt voor drie- en eenfasige toepassingen – Ontworpen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke delen van IEC 60077 – Bestendigheid tegen schokken en trillingen conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) – Conform de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2 |
