De TF42-B thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn kosteneffectieve elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor het hoofdcircuit, voldoen aan de nieuwste normen voor spoorwegmaterieel en maken installatie in passagiers- of bestuurderscabines mogelijk voor treinen die vaak in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze bieden betrouwbare motorbeveiliging bij overbelasting of fase-uitval. De apparaten hebben uitschakelklasse 10. De thermische overbelastingsrelais zijn driepolige relais met bimetalen uitschakelelementen. De motorstroom loopt door de bimetalen elementen en verwarmt deze direct en indirect. Bij overbelasting (overstroom) buigen de bimetalen door de verwarming, waardoor het relais afvalt en de contactstand wijzigt (95-96 / 97-98). - Handmatige of automatische reset selecteerbaar - Gevoelig voor faseverlies volgens IEC/EN 60947-4-1 - TEST- en STOP-functie – trip-indicatie aan de voorzijde - Temperatuurcompensatie - Geschikt voor drie- en eenfasige toepassingen - Ontworpen in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke delen van IEC 60077 - Bestand tegen schokken en trillingen conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) - Conform de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2 |
