De softstarter PSTX37-600-70 heeft een genormeerde maximale bedrijfsstroom van 37 A met een bedrijfssspanningsbereik van 208...600 V AC. De genormeerde stuurspanning ligt tussen 100...250 V AC bij 50/60 Hz. PSTX biedt driefasebesturing voor softstart en -stop via een spannings- of koppelramp. Hij heeft een ingebouwde bypass voor eenvoudige installatie en energiebesparing. RUN-, TOR- en Event-signalen zijn beschikbaar via relaisuitgangen in NO (normally open). De PSTX beschikt over functies zoals stroombegrenzing, kickstart, analoge uitgang, EOL, motorverwarming en pompreiniging. PSTX biedt standaard ook jog, remmen, stilstandrem, diagnostiek, sequentiestart en een nood-/brandpompmodus. Voor bediening is er een afneembaar full-graphic display met IP66 en 4X outdoor-classificatie. Er zijn vier manieren om met de PSTX te communiceren. Dat kan via bekabelde ingangen Start/Stop/Reset van storing en via drie programmeerbare digitale ingangen. Een andere populaire optie is de ingebouwde fieldbuscommunicatie Modbus RTU en, met optionele ANYBUS-modules, ondersteuning voor alle gangbare protocollen zoals bijvoorbeeld Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP en andere. Ook is communicatie mogelijk met een externe adapter en een fieldbus-plug. PSTX is het complete alternatief voor elke motorstarttoepassing. Geschikt voor middelgrote tot grote driefasenmotoren met nominale stromen van 30...1250 A bij inline-aansluiting of 52...2160 A bij binnendelta-aansluiting. Typische toepassingen zijn bijvoorbeeld pompen, ventilatoren, compressoren en transportbanden. |
