Description	Manual Motor Starter Magnetic Only Rail version MO165-B is een compacte en krachtige reeks voor aanloopbeveiliging tot 45 kW (400 V AC) / 80 A met een breedte van 55 mm. Handmatige motorstarters, uitsluitend magnetisch, zijn elektromechanische beveiligingsapparaten voor de hoofdstroomkring, voldoen aan de nieuwste normen voor rollend spoormaterieel en maken montage in passagiers- of stuurcabines mogelijk voor treinen die vaak in tunnels of ondergronds rijden. Ze worden vooral gebruikt om motoren handmatig in/uit te schakelen en deze zekeringloos te beschermen tegen kortsluiting. Zekeringloze bescherming met een handmatige motorstarter bespaart kosten en ruimte en zorgt voor een snelle reactie bij kortsluiting, doordat de motor binnen milliseconden wordt uitgeschakeld. Zekeringloze startercombinaties worden opgebouwd samen met contactoren en overbelastingsrelais. – ontworpen volgens de toepasselijke delen van IEC 60077 – schok- en trillingsbestendig conform IEC 61373 (categorie 1, klasse B) – bruikbaar volgens de Europese brand- en rookveiligheidsnorm EN 45545-2
