De S803C-C63 is een 3-polige high performance installatieautomaat met C-karakteristiek, voorzien van kooi-klem en een nominale stroom van 63 A. Het is een stroombegrenzend apparaat met een maximaal afschakelvermogen van 25 kA bij 240/415 V. Het kan worden gebruikt voor spanningen tot 254/440 V en ook op gelijkspanning. Het heeft twee verschillende uitschakelmechanismen: het thermische uitschakelmechanisme voor beveiliging tegen overbelasting en het elektromechanische uitschakelmechanisme voor beveiliging tegen kortsluiting. De S803C-C63 voldoet aan IEC/EN 60898-1 en IEC/EN 60947-2 en maakt toepassing in woon-, utiliteits- en industriële omgevingen mogelijk. Het heeft talrijke goedkeuringen en is daardoor wereldwijd inzetbaar. Het uitgebreide assortiment toebehoren maakt het gebruik van de S803C-C63 nog eenvoudiger.
