De S803S-K20 is een 3-polige hoogpresterende installatieautomaat met K-karakteristiek, met kooiklem en een nominale stroom van 20 A. Het is een stroombegrenzend apparaat met een maximaal afschakelvermogen van 50 kA bij 240/415 V. Hij kan worden gebruikt voor spanningen tot 400/690 V en ook in DC. De S803S-K20 heeft twee verschillende uitschakelmechanismen: het thermische mechanisme voor overbelastingsbeveiliging en het elektromagnetische mechanisme voor kortsluitbeveiliging. De S803S-K20 voldoet aan IEC/EN 60898-1 en IEC/EN 60947-2 en is geschikt voor residentiële, commerciële en industriële toepassingen.
